What SMC rating would I have for the following: 10% left knee, 10% right knee, 10% neck, 10% tinitus, 10% skin, 20% right shoulder, 30% scar, 60% DM II, 70% mental,100% CAD?

If you're 100% w/ dependents, you make like $3,000+ and SMC-S is like $3,100. Why even try for SMC-S if you are 100% with say 2 dependents making the payment $3,100?
